Outright Vermont will partner with Vermont Legal Aid and the Vermont ACLU to host a virtual information session for parents and caregivers of transgender and gender creative youth. We will cover current Vermont policies and law related to access to gender affirming health care, shield laws, and changing gender markers on important documents. We will also discuss potential legislative and administrative actions the state could take to further protect trans youth. Attorneys and legal advocates will be available to answer questions and give intake or education resource referrals.
