Staff, Board, and Youth Organizers
Our staff, Board of Directors, and Youth Organizing interns are a passionate, diverse group whose goal is to create lasting, meaningful change within the LGBTQ+ youth community, using their unique backgrounds and skill sets uniting to bring about advocacy, education, resource building & more.
Youth Organizers
Each year, a cohort of Youth Organizers join the Outright team for a 9-month internship. They work together with each other, Outright staff, allied youth in their regions, and the statewide GSA network to develop and implement youth-centered programming, lead campaigns for change, and co-create statewide events, regional gatherings, and youth leadership trainings, developing essential skills through hands-on leadership experience.
