OutFront Educators Think Tank
Outright Vermont is launching a new peer-to-peer leadership program in Washington County called OutFront Educators, and we want youth voices helping shape it from the very beginning.
OutFront Educators will train and support LGBTQ+ and allied youth to lead conversations, build community, and create safer, more inclusive spaces for their peers through education, advocacy, and connection.
Your ideas, experiences, and perspective can help ensure this program is meaningful, empowering, and truly youth-centered. Join us in building something that reflects the needs, strengths, and leadership of young people in our community.
Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library from 1:00 - 4:00 pm to kick off Pride month with food, activities, and an opportunity to tell us what you(th) want and need. All youth who attend will receive a $50 visa gift card!
This Think Tank event is for LGBTQ+ and allied youth ages 13 - 19 who live in Washington County.
Whether or not you think you’d want to be a part of this program, we hope you’ll join for a fun afternoon with free food and friends. We value YOUR thoughts, ideas, and critiques: the more input we get, the more responsive we can be.

What to Expect: Spend the afternoon with other LGBTQ+ and allied youth from Washington County, as well as staff from Outright Vermont and [org name]. In addition to a delicious lunch, we’re planning lots of activities for you(th) to get to know each other, build key leadership skills, and build a better future for Washington County together!
Please share this information with anyone you know who may be interested! Any youth ages 13-19 in WA County is invited to join us for this one-day event. No prior experience necessary, just you!
