Introducing: OutFront Educators!
OutFront Educators is Outright Vermont's brand new peer to peer education and leadership group for youth ages 13-19! In the first year of this program, 2026-2027, OutFront Educators will be based in Washington County.
OutFront Educators will train and support LGBTQ+ and allied youth to lead conversations, build community, and create safer, more inclusive spaces for their peers through education, advocacy, and connection.
LGBTQ+ youth are the experts in their own lives.
Your ideas, experiences, and perspective can help ensure this program is meaningful, empowering, and truly youth-centered. Join us in building something that reflects the needs, strengths, and leadership of young people in our community!
Youth in Washington County: we want to know what YOU want and need! What areas or topics do you want to learn about? What are some issues you see in your schools and communities? What skills do you wish you had to make those issues better?
Your input will help us create a program that is built off of connection and relationships and that creates space for meaningful self-empowerment and skill-based leadership.
