Griffin Carrier

First Year Youth Organizer

I decided to become a youth organizer because my high school experiences, particularly those involving the LGBTQIA+ community, have had a significant impact on my life. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of LGBTQIA+ individuals in any way I can.

As a youth organizer, I aim to coordinate community events and campaigns that unite community members and raise awareness about LGBTQIA+ issues and ways to offer support.

In our liberated future, we must ensure the following:

  • Access to resources and support for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.
  • Working to end the stigma around teaching LGBTQIA+ history in schools.
  • Ending discrimination in every aspect of LGBTQIA+ communities.
