Deciding to apply to the internship was one of the quickest and easiest decisions I've ever made. I saw that I had the opportunity to make a positive impact on my community and knew that I needed to apply. I want to dedicate my future career to helping people and advocating for what's right and this internship seemed like the perfect way for me to get the skills and experience I'll need to do so.
As an intern with Outright I hope to make valuable change in my community and all over Vermont. I really want to be able to make sure that people feel loved and accepted no matter what. I what to help create a support system for LGBTQ+ people all over Vermont and allow people to feel confident in who they are.

My vision for a liberated future includes: 
- true equality and justice for all
- a government that represents and fights for all
- acceptance of ourselves and others
