I decided to become a Youth Organizer to make connections with people who have similar ideals to my own. I would like to take part in and learn about event planning, and be an active member in my community.

As a first year Youth Organizer, I hope to make a positive impact in my community and around Vermont. I also hope to build a larger community with my peers as a safe space. I want to become a strong voice in the GSA in my new high school, and to grow a stronger ability to discuss my opinions and share my thoughts.

I believe that our liberated future must include: 

- Equality

- Better education and support

- Better systems of justice.
