Second Year Youth Organizer
My decision to apply as a Youth Organizer with Outright was mainly based on a wish to improve the communities close to me and to foster comfortable environments and provide resources to those who are just starting to discover their queer identities.
This year as part of Outright I hope to explore different aspects of organization and take on a more mentor-like role while also continuing to improve my knowledge and understanding of complex issues.
I strongly believe that the liberated future we are fighting for must include equity for all, a willingness to communicate and compromise and mutual respect.
