Outright Vermont held its 1st Annual Youth Awards Dinner on Thurs. October 1st celebrating 20 years of youth achievement from across the state. Youth StandOUT awards were given to six youth nominated by their peers. GSA of the Year was given to Rutland High School and the Lippert Leaderhip Award Was given to Governor Howard Dean and accepted by Vermont Speaker of the House Shap Smith.
